It's just great when that happens! Mechanics at my local Citroen workshop still like to see the car.

When the sable BX went for its initial (matriculation, import from France) examination in Malaga at the end of last year, it got a small crowd of 20-somethings round it in the car park, who got quite excited about it!

Hydro-pneumatic seems to be outside the scope of modern car "enthusiasts".

Coil-overs and split rims is about their limit, both of which will worsen the dynamic performance due to added weight, and are only supposed to be used as a temporary measure to obtain optimal settings, then revert to lighter components.

When you explained that it was standard fit, fully active, no-roll, infinitely variable spring rate, I suspect more than a few eyes glazed over and brains ran out of noses like melted ice cream.
