Back, maybe...

Off topic chat about anything you like. Doesn't have to be about XMs (though they will inevitibly come up!). You can even discuss non-Citroens :o in here!

Just a line to say that the lure is getting stronger; I feel like I'm going to be unable to resist another XM...

Why thankyou guys!

Paul, I'm very interested in the SD, wonder if you could PM a price to include MOT and new clutch/timing belt/water pump?

I stupidly sold the sed and have regretted it ever since...

Hi Johnathan....i doubt you'd remember me? I used to run GSF in Liverpool a couple of years ago ;) Didnt i get hold of the last rear height corrector in the company for your xm? Pretty sure it was you.

I bought the last early xm off Paul...great car, fell in love with it....still got it. Although the GS in your signature would be up there on my lottery win list, i really think its the time to buy early xm's as they are getting so rare now its best to get one whilst you can.

Plus the interest you get in them is still very strong :)

Stick a picture of the gs up if you can, id love to see it ;)

I certainly do remember you Vince, and I still have the height corrector; I never needed it in the event! Will try and sort out a pic of the GS for all to see; if your interested in a project I could be persuaded to part with it...

I would love another series 1 TD XM, and would be very keen on rehoming Paul's SD!

It just goes to show that XM ownership is a bit like the line in the classic Eagle's song, Hotel California...

'You can check-out any time you like but you can never leave...'

I think you're proving this rule Jonathan!!!

The same applies to Xantia V6 and Activa ownership....

I agree Robert... activa ownership is enough to make you run a mile and never come back to citroen with all those leaks and issues we keep reading about... :D :D :D
