Guys, not sure if ive posted this up before but if i have never mind....
I need the ribbed belt tensioner doing on the xm, it could also do with an LHM change.....
Is anyone local(ish) fancy doing this for me in exchange for me doing a car for them? It would save me the money and time booking it in at a garage, and someone gets a new looking car again as a pay off.....
Any takers?,,,weather would need to be dry and not freezing though

Bloody shame you're so far away Vince... Whilst I'd not do all the work I would always be happy to assist and guide but I fear the distance is just too great between us...

My other thought was also my own recent topic in which there was a que Of people willing to help.. Not...
Yes I'm the closest probably with the fixing knowledge but unfortunately to remove that panel it's a massive strip down job.. It was well put in.. The first parts before the rest of the dash.. Believe me...

Paul, I'm lost

Why would the dash need to be stripped to do a tensioner and an LHM change?

Because any job on a 2.1td means you have to start at the back of the car and work forwards to gain access.

Ahh and I thought that course of action only applied to a 2.0TCT Will. One lives and learns
