Just spotted these on the web - what do we reckon? Not seen this done before...

I'm just trying to imagine that Series 1 in Black, with the wheels a shade of black too... It's already got a bodykit too...
IMO I don't think the picture of the Blue XM is very flattering of them, but I wouldn't mind the Series 1 V6...
So unless they've put some sort of converters on, then the XM and C6 must have the same PCD etc then...

I have to say Franklin that I rather like them. For some reason they look much better on the Mandarin car..
Still nowhere as nice as a set of wobbly webs but quite acceptable all the same...

I prefer the 7 spokes to the 5. The tyre profile looks better on the mandarin / maroon one.
The blue one looks like it has train wheels!
I much prefer XM's with heavier looking wheels. Seems to ground them. Interesting though.

Don't tell your dad Franklin but it might be interesting to see how a C6 looks on XM wheels

I saw a XM with C6 wheels on it at Citromobile a few years ago. I didn't like the look of it. The wheels are too busy looking for my liking. I think 407 Coupe 5 spoke wheels would look class on the XM.
I'll have to try it out when I put my winter tyres back on the estate!
Thanks again to John for collecting these and bringing them to the X rally last weekend.

I've not got Photoshop on this laptop at the moment, but those 407 alloys could look smart!
What size are they Robert?

They are 18s Franklin. I look forward to seeing them on a XM.
