Worth their weight in gold?

Today's Daily Telegraph Motoring section has a Future Classics article with the above title suggesting that Subaru Imprezas, Peugeot 205GTIs and Citroen XMs in good condition are ones to watch in terms of value appreciation.

I see Robert Smart echos much the same opinion in the article.
