XM Club window stickers

Post by Peter.N. » Tue Aug 25, 2009 11:24 am

Hi All

Someone did some designs for window stckers for the old club xm, Ciran? Anyway, I have been looking on the old website and I can't find them, I have tried under 'stickers and 'logo' but no results, can anyone tell we what heading they are under?

Thanks

Peter

Hi Peter

Have a look at any posting on FCF by Andmcit for the latest version.

I was trying out a forum page header/banner or Ciarán and thought,
what the hell, use it to plug our forum on FCF!! :D

I have a higher resolution/size that could easily make a banner;
I'll post the photobucket link for when I get back in the office.

I felt the one on FCF was a bit big and lairy so it went on a diet...

Hi Andrew

'Banner' thats the word I was looking for. I found your designs eventually, any chance of modifying them for the new club? With the apparant lack of enthusiasm for stickers I thought that with your permission we could download them and make our own.

Yep, I'm happy to provide designs for whatever anyone wants - as I understand it, Ciarán doesn't want
to stick with "club-xm.co.uk" though so it'd be all change anytime soon!!

Well I'd be keen on a sticker for good reason....

Donkeys years ago my brother had a Mk III Ford Zephyr (like Z Cars). All members of the Club were supplied with a sticker free of charge which they were asked to place centrally in the rear screen. That way any new cars which were not owned by club members could be detected and encouraged to join.

It would be good to do the same for XM's as time rolls on there will be a need to draw enthusiasts together to preserve the cars and share knowledge and experience. I'd be happy to provide some of the funding once quotes were obtained.
