Have we ever seen these before, I can't recall:

I think I recall seeing a full sized mockup or that first one, but the one below it seems new.

The first one is pretty reasonable and I like the half covered rear wheels, the second one looks old hat, the three box one could have worked.
Rapping the rear lights doesn't suit the XM, it needs the length of metal rear wing and also the blunt look looks great from the rear, especially about 30 feet back, or following car distance.

Interesting website Ciaran. Good find. I like the head on front view of the Velizy prototype, not so much the rest. The first one from the rear looks like a Peugeot. Interesting models, you can see where they were going. Still think the final XM design is spot on.

I agree Will, the covered rear wheels are nice, very CX like, also agree on the wraparound lights, I prefer the uninterrupted rear wing as it is now, and also take Russ' comment that the lights make it look like a Peugeot!
The bottom overhang on the rear bumper of the last car on the page is certainly interesting.
The middle, 'Velizy proposal 1', although blander, I think could possibly have passed as a later, revised XM II / III.
It's infinitely better than that grey series 3 we saw a few months ago, that thing was horrific!
BTW while at the site, did anyone see the 'Xantia'?

a chopped AX! strange. What about the BX saloon, or the coupe??
That mk3 XM was terrible. They simply couldn't have put that into production and expect it to sell or look credible. Yuk!
