Spotted - but what is it?

Saw this in Torre del Mar this morning. A sort of butterscotch Yeti - but what is it? Batmobile?

It was the badging that intrigued me, which says Eagles, all in Old English Caps - bit of a no-no.
Google images 'Kia Soul badging' shows almost any badge on it that you could want. Intriguing.
See that there's an all-electric, too.
