Another discovery

Newlyish launched video on YouTube. Only been on for 4 weeks. Good this one, factory shots and lots of glowing motor magazine quotes.
Even when brand new, they seemed to have their ABS lights on. Note the dash shots!

Nice find Russ, seems the collective rose tinted glasses are starting to come out in force.

That certainly is a good find Russ and gosh there really was a lot of hype back in 1989!! A lot of nice footage of the car however and very well spotted with the ABS light! Regards, Matthew T.

The ABS light is on because the lower display panel lights are on too, ignition on but engine not running.

The ABS light is on because the lower display panel lights are on too, ignition on but engine not running.
Even with the ignition first position the ABS light flashes and goes off Ray, at least on my cars, therefore I think Russ is actually correct! Regards, Matthew T.

you're right Matthew. Of course it does. Clearly it's on to show the viewer it has ABS.... Or it's broken!
