Had a bit of an accident. Well not me, but a builder who has decided to hit the boot of the XM with a wheel barrow wheel. It's irreversably damaged the reversing light bar.

What do you think is a fair price for a replacement light bar?
I'm quite interested in what people's thoughts are.
They have been very nice about it and admit it's their fault and have offered to pay for any repairs or replacements.

It's all I need. Every step forward I take to get this car back on the road, there is another one backwards. ARGH!!!!

Which bit exactly, Russ? I'm trying to imagine a very high wheelbarrow...

 no, not quite Chris!

They were lifting a large wheelbarrow off a transit van, a combination of slipping out of their hands and it bouncing up, it hit the reversing light panel on the boot with itswheel apparently, and.... well there's a nice cracked dent right in the middle of it now.

At least nothing else has been damaged. I was fearing windows. That would have been disasterous.

I am quite intrigued what people might think a price (not nessessarily mates rates if you get my gist) for a good replacement part would be.
