I learnt this week that the treatment course is far longer term then I initially thought..

A cycle is one month.. meaning 6 sessions a month, of up to 18 cycles, which yes you guessed it runs for 18 months. So far I have done 3 months. A far longer term to go yet.

My spine appears to be main concern at the moment which needs most attention although ribs are still slightly painful in certain conditions..

Onwards we go..
