Very pleased to hear that Paul, it's amazing what they can do, we are very fortunate to have the NHS, a lot of us probably wouldn't be here without them including me. I hope your improvement continues, looking forward to hear how its going.

The NHS is funded via Uk taxpayer contributions, it's not a charity. It's the largest employer in Western Europe, with the sole purpose to serve the British public with healthcare.

Isn't there some speculation that it has virtually shut up shop since March 2020 (apart from practising BGT style dance routines for TikTok) which is why Paul's situation became so acute before his being rushed in for emergency surgery.

It's good to hear Paul is making good progress.

A visit to the christies manchester on wednesday. Cancer specialists .. I've now a date for the next treatment..

New year wont be a very good new year for me.. 4th of jan sees me go in for a very heavy chemo session. In for the day.. I then need to be shown how to self inject another drug over the course if a few days called GCSF. this helps increase white cells and stems I think..

Having the actual stem transplant end of jan this will put me in significant.. regularly occurring risk of infection.. nausea. Anemia. And loss of hair. But fortunately will grow back but curly. So I shall be taking on a new ID next year..
Serve bone pain and ache doesnt bode well with me. Not looking forward to it.

So a difficult new year ahead but that's me through to Feb next year..

Stay well stay safe.!

Hey Paul I wish you all the best through ithis next stage mate. Its great that we have this amazing science and technology but it seems very tough on the body.

Curly hair sounds like a cool bonus though! :-)
