I did use some peanut butter on it today too. So anyone with a peanut allergy, stay away from my car.

Tesco peanut butter is good stuff.., Don't knock it!!!

Not only is it good for mirrors and scuttle panels it's quite good to eat too... Especially on home-made bread...

I think it highly likely that I'll be leaving my SM at home - it continues to conk out when the engine temperature gets to the top edge of the normal zone, which only took a 10 minute delay today. We will be fitting new HT leads to see if that cures it, but in best old car fashion, the brake pad warning light has come on, despite brand new front pads and 500 mile old rear ones.

However, my XM ABS issues have been sorted so that is definitely on.
