It was a very good day at Burghley including lovely weather and great to catch up with everyone as usual. I am sorry I did not have more time to chat, partly due to having the family in tow, who enjoyed themselves at Stamford Leisure pool. Unfortunately I did not get many photos but here is a small selection of the event and journey with our fleet! With regards, Matthew T.

Today was a grand day out, great company and very sociable...decent weather too, which is not normal for the X-Rally.

Not being the envious type, I'm not at all envious of James's restored DS. On the VFM and chance encounters scale, this really is going to take some beating. "walking to the pub, down a road I don't normally walk down, I spot a DS crouched in a garage"...

A visit from the BIB to make sure we hadn't let too many imposters in...though not sure how a Peugeot 605, Jaguar Xj-S a Renault 18 Estate and even a Vauxhall VX220 somehow managed to slip through the net.

looks like an excellent turnout, with some interesting cars on display and the sun is shining too.
Love that XJS, i nearly bought one of those when they were worth nothing, i think the Pug is Kevs isnt it?
