Hi all, I was in attendance at the 'Drive it' day run a few weeks ago in the XM. Nice drive north from Glasgow, past Loch Lomond and North West to Taighnabruich for lunch at the side of Loch Fyne then on to coastal view points and the twisty roads back South to Glasgow once more. Nice to have been in the comfort of an XM too..
13 cars in total and 2 XMs: mine and a chap named David Milne though he said he wasn't on XM-forum.
Spot the XMs?
GS-engined Lomax (that I got a shot of..), Robert Cunningham's CX Pallas, and My XM
My XM 'Emmanuelle' taken from Robert's CX en route.
XM-CX-XM at a stop
David and myself at demonstrating the self levelling on David's XM
Stopped at view point for tea and cakes - XMs together
Admiring the 2.5 Turbo
XMs at the start of the drive
Nice drive all in all so I hope to get to a rally or two this summer

Re: Drive it day - Scottish section
I was going to bring my XM along to this...
Sad as it is though, my XM has never seen rain and it was wet that day!
David.

It was really only light rain at the start as it became quite sunny later. Nice little jaunt all the same.
