Here are some of the pictures I took at Citromobile last weekend.

Great pictures Robert. I really must attend Citromobile one day.

Once again some interesting XM variations. I thought the grey interior was for a split second a BX. It looks good. The warning light panel clearly has basic info only, but looks so much smarter being a continuous flat strip.

The gold one is a stunner. But I'm very interested in the aircon panel...it seems to be touch sensitive buttons. Wonder what that is all about.


Do prefer the revised exhausts on the C6. Look sooooo much better than the hidden ones.

I agree with Russ' comments on the Xm's, the plain dash looks more space age than normal.

I think the lorries look very Gallic and interesting.

The twin exhaust pipes on the C6 are the new 3.0 HDi engine the other more discreet pair are the older 2.7 HDi engine.

That gold base car had a brown dash. It was a 2.0 carb.

The oddball heating panel was a new one for me.

It must be an aftermarket auto air con system. But it seems designed for the XM dash space. Plot thickens....I know ....we'll have to get Jaap to ask the Dutch XM forum...he is a member of the Dutch XM club.


Citroen also altered the wing mirrors on the revised V6 HDI. Really pushing the boat out on the face lift Citroen!!

Really, really enjoyed those pictures Robert and that XM dash - very interesting. Love the big proper clock. I used to have a Volvo with one of those and I'd still like one now..

That red XM with Dutch plates looks fantastic. The red looks a lot like Dantes' Red (Rouge d'Enfer) and it's a real shame we never had it for the XM in the UK...

That red XM is a Multimedia Jim. They only made a few of them, and that was the only time that colour was used on the XM. There was another Multimedia with the customary lacquer peel on the roof!
