Many thanks Russ and Will and I was sorry not to see you both and I look forward to the further pictures. I was aware that my pump belt was a little loose and failure must have been due to slipping and overheating and then eventually it snapped! On the S1V6 adjustment is not that easy but another lesson learned!! With regards, Matthew T.

I missed you too Matthew and really sorry to hear the reason. Pleased it was not too disastrous though...

What day are you planning to visit the Northern rally?

That, is a real pitty, a broken belt. I'm thankful my belt didn't break in my 1000 miles roundtrip but was sorry to miss this 24 v and it's owner. Glad is fixed easily!

Many thanks for your kind words chaps and for the photos Will that gave some compensation for our failed attendance. It do look like there was a nice range of cars at the event including a few I recognised! I might manage to get to Wetherby for the weekend Jim although I am not sure in which car!! I'd just like to thank everyone for attending and showing their support. Paul and myself were relived to have so many cars attending. Same again next year folks? :-)
