I hope that you may be able to help me. I am organising the Car of the Year exhibit as part of the Warren Classic Concours on May 10th. The event is at the Warren Golf and Country club near Maldon in Essex. Have a look at our web site http://www.warrenclassic.co.uk
I am looking for a nice example of the Citroen XM that won in 1990. I am attempting to get examples of ALL 50 of the Car of the Year winners together for a huge display so it is a massive undertaking as you can imagine. I think the collection will be fascinating...hopefully anyway! Do you have anyone with a suitable car in the club who would be interested in taking part?

Saw this Via Practical Classics...

XM actually won in 1989 didnt it? not 1990..

I also posted it up on Autoshite but got little resonse from it..

Anyway, theres a few H reg XMs around so shouldn't be a real problem should it not?

Eddie Nuff has one of the nicest 1989 models I know of..

Paul, it won in 1990... You have he sticker!

Plus it must be a mk1 model, unlike the official COTY museum display that had a mk2.

Yes I do.. I'm tired.. I'm fed up .. I'm not with it..

so we need a 1991 car. Even more to choose from then.

I think it's a bit cheeky of the car club above to be stealing Practical Classics idea and running the same theme one week before PC event.
