Well I went on Saturday, not been to one before.
Had a great time, met old and new friends, pick up a lot of valuable information and contacts.
No one mentioned that mine was the only unwashed XM.

Apparently the saturday wasn't too bad Dean, but sunday was rather cold. Still at least it wasn't raining!

Here's a slideshow of pictures I took Sunday afternoon.

I met up with a few XMers, I can't remember many names very well though
I was quite suprised to see that bantam's manual XM had four pedals! It appears to be a bit of an art carrying out a hill start from what I gathered!

Aaaaaaaggggggggghhhhhhhhh, If I hear another criticism about Xm manual equipped cars and their extra
pedal I think my head will explode!! :? Is this the true reason why everyone needs to drive an auto
- scared of the foot pedal for the handbrake!? Or maybe too set in their ways with other cars that
use a ruddy great trapdoor lever pointing out of the transmission tunnel? Where'd you put the bloody
lekky armrest then eh?

BTW, it's not you Kev, don't listen to them or let it put you off!! At least an Xm can be fixed if it's a manual!

I wasn't critising the forth pedal Andrew, I love the quirkyness :D
I'd love to see the faces of friends and family when they don't know what to think or do  Surely insurance must be cheaper for a manual XM due to the extra security, confusing thiefs and all that

Having popped along to this gathering on Saturday I found it really enjoyable, nice relaxed fun. It was great to say hello to Derek, John, Paul, Matthew, Robert and anyone else I don't know the name of.
Especially I'd like to say thanks to Alan for the drive in his 2.1 Exlusive and to FCF member Keith for the one in his C6.

Matthew your car looked stunning being so shiney and clean, top marks for presentation, oh and of course John too for the same... ;)

Here are some pictures of mine from the Saturday, they were taken after I'd been on the convoy drive so the sun was a bit low in the sky but they came out ok I think.
