Re: 25 Years of the XM
No, not at all It goes like a scalded cat and its 0-60 time is quite rapid for what it is. 12 seconds or something... It certainly has a very impressive turn of speed and will cruise at 80 all day long without feeling stressed about it.citroenxm wrote:Ahh so 0-60 tomorrow and 80mph tops while strangled to death!
It's also incredibly nippy and agile but above all it is incredibly good fun... I love it

Re: 25 Years of the XM
That does not surprise me Paul and whilst they are no Activa they feel very sure-footed at speed and go round corners well.citroenxm wrote:They are scarey, I see LOTS on the outside lane dooing 90mph!!
Tyres are incredibly skinny though. Good for traction in snow...

I will get in the boot of your C1 (yes it is possible) and spend the day leaning on someone elses CitroenCitroJim wrote:It's OK Dean, leave the Trojan out of sight and I'll sneak you in
Failing that we will put the C1 in the back of the Trojan and face the shame together, would be a Trojan horse then Paul

Re: 25 Years of the XM
I should be able to yes, ive got THIS the weekend before with the vintage lorry.
No XM coming with me though, progress has been good this year but the details are slowing me up a bit and the broken windscreen stalled progress for a while.
