I have the trip computer on average all the time and I'm trying to keep it above 30mpg. It got up to 31.4 on the way back from New Brighton so I could probably treat myself to a hoon.

The highlight for me was driving along the promenade with the other XMs enjoying watching them move; it's an awful long time since I've seen another on the road!

Great to catch up with everyone, old and new.

You're right there, Johnathan, XMs always look better in motion. It's probably good that we don't see too many others around, it'd be too much of a distraction.

I have the solution for you Will, just put in one of those lovely smooth, trouble free ZF 4hp18 autoboxes!! You'll be burning up the fuel in no time!
