I shall be at the event between Friday evening and Sunday late afternoon, although not staying on site as it is a bit late to camp! The weather forecast is good and it would be great to have a decent showing of XMs after quite poor attendance at the National in July. As many will know, the venue is very attractive and support has built up over the last couple of years. It is the last main CCC rally of the season, so come on folks let us make it a good one!! Just to confirm that the event is now underway and attendance looks promising, despite the currently poor weather forecast for tomorrow. I have already met up with Rob and his very smart early 2.0 si and there is another super early (July 1989) car from Holland!! Hopefully there will be a good turn out on Sunday. Regards, Matthew T.

Took the RAV for its ITV (MoT) this morning. Cloudbursts, deluges, thunder and lightning, mountain roads starting to wash out!
Roundabouts and bends also "glissante" - first rain since April, on top of months of diesel sprinkle. Lovely!
