Series 1 in Leicester

Last Tuesday, I spotted pulling away from traffic lights on Welford Road, a L plated S1 in Cobalt.
This is the first XM I've seen around Leicester, so it was good to see a S1.
Unfortunately I was driving so unable to get a pic.

I was turning into a carpark but didn't have my phone switched on and by the time it had come to life the car was gone.

Alright Dieselman?
I know it's quite a while since this was posted but I am just off the Welford Road, near Grimsby's. It wasn't my car you saw but I thought I'd let you know there's another S1 in the vicinity, mine (Si Auto 1990 on an H plate). I've put a picture on in case you've seen it around. Being the colour it is, it's quite easily spotted . . . . so no playin away for me. Like you, I don't see that many either. I've only got the one XM for now and looking for a nice 2.1 estate to add. That's it for now...keeping it brief.
Cheers,

Umm, that's serious Will. Have you spoken to the medical profession about it?
Reminds me of the time a bloke picked up an attractive young woman hitch-hiking...
He said she must have been a witch because she touched him on the knee and he turned into a layby...

Hi Tim,
Was it you that I met at Burghley House as it certainly looks like the right car? I was in my gold H plate V6 and Will was also there with his H 2.1.
Regards,
Matthew T.

Hi Tim and Matthew,
I believe that was Tims car at Burley House, but definitely wasn't the car I saw on Welford Road. For Tims benefit, the lights were the ones where Welford Road meets Victoria Park road, I was turning across the carriageway into the University halls of residence and the Cobalt car was driving into town.
It's a shame you just missed out on Rays XM estate, it's a beautiful car with low mileage, alas the HG was blown.
Malcolm at Savoy will have it sorted soon, but I'm sure it will be for sale soon, though will rightly command a decent price.

Not somewhere in sunny Dorset, by any chance?
