Yes I think it was, My son took a picture of it. I see you don't live to far away. Don't have one on the road at the moment but have four in the field, 3 of them not mine though. Good to see its the best sort, 2.1.td, manual I trust?. I had an '86 CX 2.5DTR turbo Safari for about 7 years and 160k miles.

2.1 td auto vsx. Couldn't find a manual when I bought it, although I kind of like the laziness of it.
I keep looking at mk1's though as I prefer the styling.

My cx is in my workshop awaiting welding as it needs new sills amongst other things.

I find the manual so flexible you don't have to change gear that often anyway but there are very few left now.

I think the CX was the best car I have ever owned, size of a lorry but drove like a mini. Hope you get yours back on the road soon.
