No, I don't think anyone is joking
The car is EU-registrated and road legal.
But swedes are on the side walk with MOT's.
30km/h Volvo's can be driven on all roads (exept M-roads) by 15 year old maniacks without reg, plates with only LGF-signs.
They have a 0-vision on road accidents though...........

I've seen a few CXs like that but not as long I'm sure. Would be very useful though - if you can get round corners.
