Hello
First 1k miles with my new ride. Had bought this 2 years ago or so , used it while in vacation in Portugal last year and had it ship to USA.

It's a 1992 xm 2 liter with 37k miles not favorite engine but I got sold to the interior of the car ; ) Prior shipping the car I had the timing belt done, all spheres replaced , fix the OEM radio , convert the AC and just regular service done.

Car drives really well but arrived with almost no clutch when I pick it up at the port. Its already slipping but I got a new cluch coming to take care of it.

A lovely, early Xm...with beautiful Romana velour upholstery, which is supremely comfortable. Everybody loves Romana velour... ;)
The condition looks to be excellent and the no sunroof look is very elegant.

For information, the wheels are the later Etoile ones and really should be either plastic trims, or earlier Italia wheels.

Build date is 24 June 1991.

It looks like you have your own Citroen (and Renault 4) museum, there...very nice.

We now seem to have the Usa covered from East to West...Virginia, Oklahoma, California.

Do you have a picture of the ignition switch and harness you are looking for?

Why not open the museum and show the 'murcans what they've been denied.

Jay Leno would be interested in your collection, he loves Citroens.

I am posting the pictures , today I will have a little more time to see if I can make it work temporary until the new one arrives that will required some kind of modifications

I dont think the 8 pin, 2 long 1 short harness still available based on what I read on the forum

The little plastic part snap , I felt it one day when I park the car at driveway

The barrel seems ok but the round contact piece is not working fine I test without the barrel , only turning the plastic broken piece by hand on the car and it will start but is not going thru all the contacts .

I might be able make it work temporary
