It is (uk cars) below the passenger headlight on the chassis leg under the fuse box below the mass of cables and covered in grime. You will need to dig and clear the grime away...

If it's pearlescent maroon it will be Mandarin-Nacre, paint code EJV
if it is a solid red, it will be Delage red, code EKA
