Or your anti sink sphere needs recharging, mine sits the same but it's hard to get to that one.

Never mind your anti sink, it looks lovely! Thanks for posting the pictures.

Spheres are the same as Bentley ones, they use the Citroen system
And where would that be, pray tell ?

Funny, a Bentley guy I know told me that they aren't the same, apparently the internal pressure is different.

He said if you put Citroen spheres on a Bentley it would ride like crap. He wasn't trying to sell me anything - he says experience has taught him that fact.

My car is a bit like my penis - sometimes it goes up and stays up while other times it goes up and then down when you don't want it to.

Luckily neither fail to go up !

But at least my penis is easy to find (if you know where to look that is!)

The Bently spheres are larger and will have different damping and pressure, but are essentially the same.

Different model Citroens use different spheres.

In technical manuals, spheres are described in this way, for example:
450/50/0.8

Sphere is 450cc volume, 50 bar gas pressure, and fluid damping orifice 0.8mm diameter.
Some spheres have no damping, so would read something like 400/62/-- (an Accumulator sphere).

Essential to get the correctly spec'd sphere for each position for each model of car.
Guess that Bentley will have similar listings (leather-bound service manual?), which would enable some cross-referencing with Citroen stock, probably much less expensive. I do recall that Toyota were charging £400+ per sphere for the Land Cruiser V8, also Citroen spheres!

Headlight and fog light.
See ebay items 111621491656 £34 & 191200762858 £27 for offside headlights.
The latter seller also has an offside fog light 161325862280 for £15.
As far as I can see all items are chip free but you may be wise to ask.

If you look at the headlight photos you will see that the glass just seats on a rubber seal and is held with flat spring steel clips.

John
I spoke to the seller who had both items for sale and he assured me that both lenses were ok so I've ordered them.

Now I need to find a passenger side inner tailgate lens as mine has a very minor crack - very picky I know but while I'm in a buying frenzy I may as well try to locate one.

The lamps arrived yesterday but the headlamp was smashed due to bad packaging so I'm now arguing with the seller for a full refund - they only want to give a partial refund because the parcel wasn't opened and checked while the courier was there. Don't you just love ebay ?

I've found a new one - can anyone confirm if it's right for my car please ?
