New to the forum, however I've been doing a lot of reading since I bought my 1998 XM 2.0 16V auto.

Hi Chris Welcome to the club, whereabouts in the north east are you situated? I'm in Huddersfield and I have a lexia if a diagnostic session is needed.

Thanks very much for the warm welcome guys
I'm situated in Northumberland, Norman, so I'll keep it in mind that you have a Lexia diagnostic machine in case any strange lights appear on the dash, or it starts acting up. I do have a couple of niggles with it at the moment, however I'll post in the relevant forum subsections for that

Welcome to the forum, i hope you find it usefull.
Get some pictures of your car up at some point, show it off a bit. Its always nice for those of us who dont read good to have something to look at.
