Welcome to the forum Lennart. Interesting Citroen history. Always good to hear what others have driven in the past.
A 2.1 with 17.600 on the clock? WOW! Do post up some pics of it.
I have a 1992 2.1 Auto SED. It's got 173.000 on the clock, so a bit more than yours!

Russ, I think you missed the 'swedish mile to km' conversion which Lennart is using :-)

Hi Lennart

Welcome to the forum. I also have been running hydropnumatic Citroens since the '80s. Two CX25DTR Safari's then CX25DTR Turbo Safari which I ran for 7 years and about 165k miles, followed by 6 or 7 XM 2.1. manual estates which I ran for about 15 years until they started falling to pieces. My last was a C5 which I wasn't very impressed with. I'm running 406 estates now - but I haven't been thrown out of the club yet. ;)
