Back, but didn't really left (Password resetting trouble)

Hi again. I'm Denis, from Asturias, Spain. I've been trying to reset the password of my previous profile (Ferness_Bay), which was created with a Hotmail account, but no messages at all are getting in. I have already checked the spam list, but there's nothing there; also tried to find the first registration mail, but there was none.
I've created this new profile, with a Gmail account and, though I had no trouble to get access, I didn't receive an account activation mail, so I'm concerned the next time I might have trouble getting logged, there would be no way to reset the password and would have to create a new account for a third time.
Well... Guess that I just wanted to say that. Let's see what you can tell me.
