If you PM me your VIN number, I can look up the car's RP number.
As you say, RP number should paint-stamped on the LH front door pillar, between the hinges. Maybe it has got painted out.

Stick the car reg up, the RP number can be obtained from that.

PM with full Characteristics just sent.
RP = 6419 CJ (6 June 1994)
Worth adding it to the A-pillar, if missing!

Thanks for the info - can someone add me to the database?

I just to find out what shade of green I am now...I didn't see in the car details unless I missed it.

Oddly, paint colour is sometimes absent from Vehicle Characteristics.

Try here, a swatch compiled by russ92xmsed:

You can add yourself to the database, by simply adding a post to this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=19&t=7089
Dean maintains this listing, by adding to the master list at the front end.

Also helpful to add your car details (and Location, etc) to your Profile:
Hit 'User Control Panel'
Profile
Edit Profile
add the info
and hit Submit

You can also put car info into your Signature, which appears at the bottom of all your posts, by using User Control Panel > Profile as well.

Looks like triton or forest, but the shades are too similar to tell for sure, and my car is filthy.

I hope the boy scout or girl guide is carrying a clay bar...they'll need it.

The paint code on the car (see Russ's post) should confirm the exact colour.
