Hi im new to this forum. Ive always had citreon and peugeot cars and always like how easy they where to work on. One day I was browsing on eBay and a suzuki vitara with a 1.9 xud engine caught my eye so I had to have it then a mate offered me twice what I'd payed for it so I sold it. Two years later a mate called me up saying he's found a citroen xantia 2.1td for sale which was rotten out but engine was sweet and seem I had a peugeot 306 with the engine gone this would fit with a few small modifications. We had a great deal on the citroen so we started pulling the engine out and my mate who owns my old jeep asked did I won't to buy a vitara he'd bought for spears as he needed the money only problem was the engine didnt run so I bought it and decided to put the citreon engine in the vitara I fabricated my own engine mounts and use the xud bell housing conversation from a commercial suzuki vitara 1.9td I've got the engine mounted in the vitara. I'm now have the exhaust, coolent pipes to do I also need a bosch fuel pump, injectors and metal fuel pipe as I have the epic pump. Can I use one for a 1.9 or will it be under fueling? Does anybody have one for sale? Also could anyone give me any advice on modifications on the bosch fuel pump and the 2.1 engine thanks

A pump for a 1.9 would be underfuelling, but could be adjusted to deliver enough for reasonable performance, but why not fit the complete Epic fuel system, including Ecu?

I suspect you didn't keep all the wiring, but that shouldn't be too difficult.
If necessary, you could obtain that from another 2.1 engined car.
