More interesting footage of the Lyon launch. Good convoy scenes too.

In case the YouTube vid doesn't work.
What a lucky man John and I would like to hear more about his impressions!! By the UK launch do you mean Earls Court? Regards, Matthew T.He also mentioned that he attended the XM UK launch.

John,
I do remember that Unipart (Leyland, Rover, et al) used to regularly publish a list of parts about to go NFP or NLA. These were often at 'clearance prices', a fraction of original. I know that PSA prefer to do the opposite (winding up the price as stock dwindles), but is there a list, I wonder?
Also remember that the trick with the Unipart list (they would never tell you how many there were left in stock) was to place a verbal order at the counter for a sizable quantity, and then immediately be told "Sorry, we can only supply nine...". Some of the independent NFP parts guys used to stock up this way.
I asked the same question at SB in Wakefield. I'm sure he thought I had gone into the wrong dealers as he couldn't get rid of me fast enough.xmexclusive wrote:I called in at Avalon Citroen (Glastonbury) the other day.
I went to ask about difficult to find XM bits.
Chris Roche was very helpful.
