Just had new tyres fitted on my 2000 XM 3L at Chris Mullins tyres, Gloucester.
Worth the 68 mile round trip for a proper job done. Many tyre places are less than perfect (in my Lexus experience life) and quite a few can't handle wheels with no centre spaces.
Mullins guy had 20+ years experience-his landlord has several Citroens!
Definite recommendation.

Re: TYRES..S-west area
That is good news about finding a good fitter and just out of interest what tyres did you choose? On the last two occasions I have opted for Michelin Energy, which are more expensive but do give a nice ride and just look right on the car! Regards, Matthew T.

Re: TYRES..S-west area
In the north east I would recommend Derek Campbell Tyres at Preston Farm Stockton. I have just put 2 new Maxxis on my Xantia V6 and it has made a big difference. In an ideal world of income I would probably go for Michelins but I have used Maxxis tyres for several years now with no complaints. I have also found Nexxens to be pretty good too.

The Cross Climate new ones I didn't reckon I needed as I usually hide the car in winter.
Nice to have a day out, despite car being for sale-my aches didn't appear much yesterday!
