That Onyx TCT I broke was registered in 1995!
But I don't see there being any 2.1s being stored so long before registration/sale.

I forgot about yours Paul.
My 2.5 was on a L Plate first, then when it came over to NI it was re-registered with a local reg #. The only series 2 cars I have seen on L Plates were press cars in magazines at series 2 launch.
