Turbo Petrol Short Blocks

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

As I don't expect you'll be down this way Paul how viable would it be to close up
the block and I'll get a courier to collect; they're very reasonable these days?

Andrew
Andrew,
I can make Cardiff in 4 hours! I know becuase Ive done it!!

We'd have to arrange a day meet and I can bring it down!

TO Both of you in general: Andrew and Dean

I am happy to hold them if you REALLY do want them, but will need to go this year WITHOUT a doubt! One block is in the shed covered up with a HP 18 attached, which Ill keep, the other is out side covered up but with the head still on it.. so its staying dry too...

Dean, If John and I run out of space on his next collection, Ill bring one to CXM.. Ill defeantly be there in something special!

Thats fine, all i want is the short engine, well mainly just a block without massive bore wear unexplainably on just one pot would be nice  with or without the head is fine, if i can have it then good, if not its no worry, i have 5 already .

Thanks Paul

:?

I did jest but when I posted it was with an old screen - when my post updated a whole
extra part of the thread presented itself to my embarrassment!

I've been a tad bit quiet lately as among other issues I'm still reeling from another raid
on my main barn - scumbags stole a mint s1 24v v6 induction manifold, radiator and gearbox,
as well as a recent set of Alfa alloys/tyres I'd just got to replace ones they'd taken last time.

My blood is still boiling. Needed to get my Cx Turbo working just to feel happy about
something again.

Still don't know how on earth they got in. Broke a few windscreens and dented panels on
some of my best cars lugging the heavy stuff out. Frankly, I just wanted to crawl into a
corner and tell the world to sod off...

Andy.

Sorry to hear that, they are real sh*ts....

They must have a reason for this stuff, must be for another XM or similar engined car...

If you're posting on an old screen, you should buy yourself a new one...a nice LCD maybe... ;)

No, what hurts more than everything else is the fate of the stolen property; it's all ally
and heavy kit for weighing in as scrap and to hell with the fact it's stuff off probably a
dozen cars that made it into the UK new etc. Can you imagine fellow Citroen owners
being such lowest of the low scumbags anyhow? I've rarely met a bad true Citroen man.

Just got a nice 23" LCD Apple HD Cinema display actually; the gorgeous translucent resin
one that is so supersexy in an understated Apple kinda way! Sometimes you can spoil yourself
and are then never able to go back on yourself!!

Hmmm, yes, I also doubt fellow Citroen Peoples too, it may happen in the MErc or BMW world, but not here in Citroen World!

I have to agree on andrews comments.
