Peugeot planet (Lexia) help

Hi all, can anyone give me any tips on "initializing the autoadaptives" on my Bosch ME744 NFU equipped Peugeot 307 1,6 petrol. I've followed the procedure using the Peugeot Planet suite too many times to mention since replacing the motorised throttle but the car still won't tick over properly and often stalls after blipping the throttle (exactly what PP2000 says will happen if the initialising isn't carried out).

After buying the Lexia/pug planet kit and the new throttle I'm around £500 pounds down and still no closer to sorting the problem... there are no faults found or recorded in the engine ecu.
