2.0 turbo with leather on bx club website

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

My pal whom I got the contact details for Ray, didn't pursue this
- shame as it looks a damn nice Xm.

Hope someone keeps it running. If I was nearer...

Paul, it's in Hull:
HU9 4RN

76-odd miles from you - along the M62 mostly. An hour and a half?

Go on; you know you want to :D

I imagine Paul will have read the preceding posts! Or is it idle curiosity? :)

Almost tempted now.....

Hull is just a stones throw away in XM terms.

I got my 2.1 from Hull, but that was road legal and I drove it home and parked it on the street.

This one isn't so simple, even if I trailer it home, I really don't have anywhere to put it.

On the other hand I don't want to see it go to the scrap yard. I'd take it for parts if nothing else.

It looks like a nice car though, anyone know the mileage?

Shame it's been spoilt with the half leather interior.

Spoilt or not, it looks clean enough. It's only done about 87,000 miles. Too good to scrap and a shame to break for parts.

I went to Geneva to rescue a 2.0CT - it would've been scrapped. It's still on the road - and it's a good XM to boot.

I seriously would've thought someone on here would want to see this XM back on the road. It's a nice colour and in very good order (it seems) body-wise.

I love this colour - it really suits the car well. I do hope it see's service as a daily runner
and NOT as a donor for spares and engine donor. Even though I could desperately use a
good TCT engine I couldn't justify scrapping this. I'll need to get myself organised to
collect the bottom end off Citroenxm Paul if he's still got one...

Yes andrew, they are both still here, one is to hand, the other is buired under a mass pile of Xantia bits n pieces now that I cant be bothered putting away!

It still also has a good autobox attached to it as well, which I cannot get off untill I remove the sump to get a proper spanner or socket on it! And before you say or ask NO Theres NO hole in the block to do this!!!
