V6 eater....well, not quite, but I think Nigel is now a convert after he couldn't escape it in his turboCT..

I must say , i was well impressed with the performance of Will's Xm , as stated before , i thought i'd lost the old boy at one point, but alas, i wasn't long before he was back on my tailgate, and couldn't loose him after that,.

I will be looking for a good replacement for the TCT, in diesel in the near future.

Will's car is a credit to him, and if ever it came up on the market , i'd bite his hand off

Finding a good low milage 2.1 is quite hard now, Will did exceptionally well finding his, as most have good big miles on them! Having said that, mines only got 158k or less (IIRC) on her... but the body is getting bad underneath - not on the edges!!

I think Im highly likely to take one off andrew aswell...

Prehaps one of Andrews would be a perfect small project, as they have all been dry stored for some time! they should be nice and dry and clean, even Strut tops!!

Dom's Mousemobile was my favourite CX there. It was an excellent car to drive, and hats off to Dom for the hard work that he put into getting the car there.

The car was severly chewed by mice when it was in storage. The interior was completely destroyed.

Franklin's rally Cx

Unfortunately our Rally CX didn't make an appearance, but it did at Roger's Funeral...here's a pic from the FCF when Dom and I went to get some fuel:



Indeed Dom was there in the Mousemobile...a 1975 on a P CX 2000 with no Diravi.

what is the Mousemobile?

Well the Mouse-mobile used to be ours, and after 15 years of storage we got it running:

Nothing really happened after that video as other cars kept going into the queue and it sat outside.
Roger Bradford persuaded dad to sell it as it was deteriorating and because it was Dom's 21st Birthday...we sold it to Dom.

Dom made a huge effort to get it to the CXM Rally and it did a sterling job of leading the convoy run - Dom won the "Eileen Stearns Trophy" too.

It is in the very rare colour of Rouge Soleil (only one in the UK) and with a matching interior too - for the time being he's dropped in some GTi Auto leather seats as the old seats weren't that practical.
