It's back on the bay! V6 24v Series 1 XM!

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

I KNEW it was the same seller, and the cars related, 12 and 24v cars....

Should do a bit better with the Start code!

All right Paul, with total authority and confidence, how many of these did make it as I'm damned if I know? :?
We can guess and do a head count (divided by 2? ) but AFAIK we don't have conclusive proof of any
registered new by Citroen figures.

OK, there's mine,
yours,
and David's x2,
the one Andy advertised here recently,
that fella's up North you know of,
I know my pal has one in pieces in his garage,

then there's this fella I met in Cheltenham who scrapped one after using it as a biffabout motor,
and then possibly the burgundy poorly engined Glasgow car (wherever that went and if it still lives),
and finally Rodder's burned out arson green one,

and then after this ebay car, that's it!

Surely because of how offbeat they are, others would have surfaced on the net/forums
and been counted over the past few years?

And the maroon Press cars!! Yes the Maroone one of Gordons DOES still live!

Plus any more "Hidden" Cars!

I did think though, DVLA should propably have a slightly better idea then us!

You reckon if we ask them nicely then we'll have the registered new figures?
More of a remote chance of Citroen knowing and telling a club I'd have thought;

The adv says only 15 imported in 1991.
On here the totals are about all RHD Mk 1 V6-24V's.
Was 1991 the only year that RHD V6-24V's were imported?

I don't think so as I've seen H, J and K plated cars so at the very least there was production or at least
early registration on the '90 H but there's a good chance the cars sat and got registered later to span the
J and K period. Wasnt exactly a mainstream model so likely special order though so maybe there weren't
any in a stockpile anywhere. RP and chassis numbers would be interesting to decipher this.

Yes Andrew,

My RP number on my H plate 24v was OLDER then MTXM's G reg V6 12v, and Will's H plate 2.1 SD cars, as we found in CXM, infact, IIRC she was older then a (I think) G plate Black XM, in which the owner thought was the oldest there...

DVLA won't say how many there are left, they direct you to contact one of the vehicle data companies that will sell the information to you.
