wanted the part that controls the fans that is up in the roof area next to the sunroof motor - has a Bitron label on it.
Or alternatively, can I overhaul it?

Is yours very squeaky when cold? Whats the one from your breaker like? They're interchangeable.

Robert
I'm getting nothing from it - it doesn't work - the fan does nothing - plugged/unplugged it - can't find a fault - assume it is easier to change than fiddle with to get it to fit

If you mean the sensor for cabin temp control which has a small fan to pass air over the sensor, I have had them seize up but respond well to a dose of WD40 and freeing off. Then they ran rapidly and quietly.
