Series 1 V6 24v For Sale (Not Mine!)

Selling off one (or bits :o) of your XM collection, or perhaps searching for those elusive headlight washer covers? This is the place to do it.

I was going to bid on that XM when it was for sale.

I remember it now! The pictures of it in the auction were taken when it was dark and there was a poor amount of light around the car.

After seeing the list of work that's been done between both Charlie and yourself I'm glad that I forgot the auction was finishing!!

If this is a Genuine 24v S1 then it needs to DEFINETLY replace a BX 16v... these are just as quick, if not quicker for th size of car...

Let me remind: 0-60 in 7.5 seconds with 3 'cats' and 155mph top speed...

Remove 3 'cats' and release 15bhp... 5 per cat...

Result - FUN with a Dam big F you do not realise what sort of performance these 24v have... the advantage is 6 cylinders, with a smooth power delivery, and these are not afraid to rev to the red line at 6.5k I have done all the time they rev that easily..

Grab one while you can, or when you get the chance!

/\ Paul, you are the devil in disguise. Leave me alone! I'm a true BX fan mate, love them to bits. The XM is a different beast and perhaps one day the XM can displace my BXs but I don't think that time is now (although you're doing a stupidly good job of convincing me otherwise!)

Xms are disgustingly lovely and I must admit I AM a sucker for a rare beast. Not out of any financial gain what so ever, but just to savour and treasure. Aint it daft to be sentimental over a lump of metal? Yet a one off work of 'art' would leave me cold!

Damn it, it's not very far from me either.................at all!
