I think the issue would be getting correct AFR across the whole boost range with the closed loop system, really for what i was thinking of doing i need the multipoint system with injector emulator and ecu piggy back thingies
Even then there is talk of mixing 10-15% petrol at WOT with some systems but the posts i read arent clear and i would think this is done to stop the engine running lean?, if thats the case then the system isnt set up right in the first pplace surely?
Anyway the long and short of it is i dont think it will work without lots of headscratching time and i dont have it to spare right now.

This kit may well work well on the V6 Franklin, with a larger mixer! I ran my 12v V6 on LPG for 40k with a mono point, gave the car 40mpg and I loved every moment of it.. As long as the mixer is RIGHT on the manifold, spit back shouldn't be a problem....

Could do Paul, but I'm going to leave it original due to the mileage etc. There are actually some 24v alloys here too that I contemplated sticking on but decided against it.
BTW all, I'll be popping an ad on the FCF in a bit for this as I gather it'll work on the Activa's too - that is correct isn't it Dean?

Yes technicaly it should work on the Activa with a bigger evapourator and mixer but it may be a bit of a crude setup being monopoint.

...I've since learnt from an enquiry on the FCF that what I can see, it's a "Romano Autogas" system. No ideas if that's any good or not - Italian apparently.

just noticed this sorry, i think with mono if you inject the lpg too far from the actual throttle body the intake is moving too slowly and the lpg can and does ignite in the intake causing all sorts of interesting things to happen

Yes Dean..... Preciecesley what kept happening on the 24v S1 when I had her on Mono point LPG...due to the twin throttle bodys...
However, on the 12v PRV with a single throttle body, and the mixer directly on the body, she never suffered "spit Back" as its known...
