Off topic chat about anything you like. Doesn't have to be about XMs (though they will inevitibly come up!). You can even discuss non-Citroens :o in here!

You may find it easier selling them separately for people who may only need one, like I did as the sensors usually fail one by one.

Having said that, they are hard to come by now since Citroen don't stock them anymore, although there's a company in Ireland who still have some new old stock at full price.
You were lucky to get one for the price you quote!
I've seen used ones (and old ones at that) change hands for 30 to 40 euros. The ones I offered had been on the vehicle for less than a year and less than 7000 km.
Thanks for the advice, but I guess I'll keep them in their boxes in a dark corner with other collected parts. I am not really fond of trying to sell things on ebay. It's become too darn complicated (to me)

Yeah, sorry about that. I had hoped to sort out the voice over and upload it soon after doing the PDF but life has got in the way. Watch this space!

Sadly I won't be able to benefit from the voice over as I'm deaf.

Planning to use jan henriks guide sometime this week to see if I can repair one of my spare displays, if successful I will do the others.

Not made a start on this yet but is it worth buying the ribbon display repair kit intended for this matrix on ebay?

34 euros seems a bit steep.

Have a look at this: http://club-xm.com/forum/index.php?&act ... e=show&st=
on the other forum - only 2 people signed up so far (+ Noz, I assume) so if you bought the other 2 to make up the minimum order of 5 it would still work out cheaper than the ebay one. My ebay one was about £25 two or three years ago but I'm glad to say it has proved to be a permanent repair.
