Poverty Spec

Post by jamieb » Thu Sep 15, 2011 12:36 pm

This is continue a question I posted on Colin XM's "breaking my 2.1 td estate' thread under sales and wants.

I thought my 2.1td was poverty spec because it is very basic (pictogram display, door arms rests don't open, manual rear windows) BUT it has two suspension settings, which would seem to me to make it hyrdractive (1 rather than 2). Were there XMs without the Sports and Auto setting? And does this mean that within the poverty spec, there are levels of poverty?

All UK cars had Hydractive suspension, but other Countries got standard Hydropneumatic on base cars.
