I saw something somewhere on the web about having condensors coated in a black type stuff, it reduced efficiency a bit but
stops it corroding again.
Havnt looked into it much since but might again as it would be good not to have it corrode again.

Thanks for the info. The SED is setup for R134a, what's the difference condenser wise from a R12?
>>Scratch that last question, I've found the answer the pipework is different at the very least. I need a R12 condenser, a couple of places are doing them for £70 to £80 inc VAT and delivery. A receiver dryer adds another £30.
