S1 Xm Front bumper, Maroon.

Im sure I have posted this before, however here it is again as I really want it gone.

A series one bumper in maroon, has indicator/fog lamps which I think are in good condition, the chrome trim is missing from the bumper insert. There are a few small scuffs on the rub strip but nothing serious.

Ill take some pictures on Saturday and post them up here.

Its not the best shape to post so it would be better collected or I could bring it along to the CXM, DSM and maybe the ICCCR, though hopefully it will be gone by then.

Hi Chris,
If you do not have any other takers I would certainly be interested in the front bumper, or at the very least the light fittings. Please let me know what you would like for the bumper and I also hope to be at the X Rally.

Ive taken some pictures of the bumper today, however its not as good as I might have thought. The brakets on the sides of the bumper have been ripped or rusted off and the light units have had the wires cut, though they are probably salvagable if need be. One has a slight crack in the indicator lense but the other looks good. There are some scratches on the underside where it must have been over a high curb at some point but its not cracked.

If anyone would like it let me know, if not ill scrap it.

Of course its free to a good home.

Not really interested in the bumper tbh but if Matthew isnt interested i would like the indicator/foglamp units, PM me if you want to let them go and we can talk beer tokens.

Matthew has also expressed an interest in the light units, ill put you down as second refusal Dean

I dont want anything for the bumper or lights, the bumper appears scrap to me with the side fixings gone, so I can remove the lights and bring them along to a CCC event if thats better.

No problem Chris if Dean needs the fog lights I do already have a couple of spares. It would be good to save the towing eye cover as suggested by Robert. The bumper side brackets rusting is a common problem and I have had to make replacements for at least two cars! With regards, Matthew T.
