Air blowing in footwell

Air blowing in footwell

My S2 with digital climate control and air con (not working) seems to blow air in the footwell if you turn the blower on, seems to be no way to turn it off other than turn the blowers off completely (a problem when you need to demist the windscreen)

Anyone had this problem? Hope it's not something stuck, really don't fancy having to mess around behind the dash or move the centre console.

Probably the heater flap servo.
