Citroen Indie in South East?

I'm looking for a reputable Citroen independent garage that can do work on my XM when needed in the south east area, I've been taking it to CMS but his prices have been excessive over the last few visits. I've taken my car to Pleides (sp?) a couple of times for new spheres but he's a bit too far away and doesn't have the diagnostic software for the 2.5TD. I'm located in Surrey (J8 M25) so as close as possible.

The other thing is my sills, the past 2 MoT's I've had to have welding done on them (although the last one was down to the tyre monkeys jacking up by the sills) and it's looking like it may need welding again when this year's MoT is due which is end of September....I fear it may be rusting from the inside so would like to be able to find somewhere that can do a proper job and rustproof it from the inside, with something like waxoyl. I've got an air compressor myself and have considered spraying the boxes myself but not sure how to go about it and where the holes are, also if I spray stuff inside won't this cause problems with future welding, I assume I'd be better off getting the welding done first then do the waxoyl?
